I brought my IS 250 in for 2 factory recalls. I was given a loaner RX 350 which was great because I had errands to run in the area. Everything went as planned, my car was only in for a few hours and was returned to me clean and with a full tank of gas. Customer service was good, but the people in the service department were not friendly. No one said a word to me or smiled, everyone was just talking amongst themselves and looking through the glass windows (in the service department) Even when I pulled my car up into the service dept, no one greeted me, a few people sitting in the office in the service department just stared at me through the window. Kind of creepy. Big difference from the Lexus dealership in Henderson, NV (where I own another home) Wonder if the dealership in Southfield is better? More
We had trouble with our headrest DVD players. Lindsay was really patient with us. She even drove the car around and used multiple DVDs to try and reproduce the problem we were having. She eventually replaced the unit and everything is now working perfectly. The dealership was very prompt and always had a loner car available, so there was no inconvenience whatsoever. I have had service work done on many different makes of cars but in all of that time I have had a more convenient and pleasant experience with a service department than in this case. We were never made to wait, never given the run-around, and never made to feel a nuisance. Keep up the good work! More

The only problem this time is the Financial Manager charged me $350 fee to force me to return to Meade Lexus for my next Lexus purchase. That felt like coercion especially since I am already a return customer. More

I went there to get a few parts for an SUV and I got everything done quick, no waits, and they answered all of my questions. Kind of a far drive from my neighborhood, but it was absolutely worth it. I got to say, Mead Lexus of Lakeside is by far the best Dealership I have ever been to. Didn't buy a car, bought some parts for a Lexus Gx470 but still, the service was awesome. Thank you Mead Lexus. I have consistently found the Meade Lexus service department to be professional and trustworthy. Their employees are courteous, explain service thoroughly, and I've never felt pressured to have any w department to be professional and trustworthy. Great Service at Meade Lexus of Lakeside. I went in there with my newly purchased certified Lexus ES350, which was missing a plastic cap inside of the trunk, and the service team immediately ordered on there with my newly purchased certified Lexus ES350, which was missing a plastic cap inside of the trunk, and the service team immediately ordered one. I bought this car used out of state but it still had it's warranty. I took it in for a check up to make sure there nothing else that needed to be done. They took care of everything and then some.
