Chris has been my service advisor for many years. Prior to dealing with Meade Lexus, I would only go to the dealership when it was manditorary. brought my SUV for bulb change..was recommended $2000 repairs. it was a shocker!. the bill says "customer requested battery change" fact: i was told the battery is not holding power and i need to change repairs. it was a shocker!. the bill says "customer requested battery change" fact: i was told the battery is not holding power and i need to change the battery. I could have said no but went along with the recommendation. other repairs: have to trust Chris. I have no way to comment. but seems huge bill. but overall Chris has been very pleasant, polite and helpful. thank you Chris. More

In all our years buying cars, Charlie was our best experience with a salesperson. He is knowledgeable, courteous, yet friendly and funny. Charlie was also very tolerant with the two year old child we brought along who ate and drank on his desk. Charlie was able to find us the car we wanted in the exterior and interior colors we preferred. He's good following up and willing to answer our questions no matter how small, even if the answer is in the manual. Charlie made us feel like we've known him for a long time. Highly recommended.
