When we entered the dealership we had no intention of buying a new vehicle. After Dennis showed us a new RX350 and explained the features and equipment, we bought a vehicle! Now that's some salesman! He helped us with pricing, trade-in and all the paperwork in a quick, efficient manner. He was very pleasant to work with. Finally we met with Ron Richey. Ron is a technical guru! We are not very up to date on the latest technology but Ron, very patiently and graciously, explained it all to us. We left actually feeling like we might understand it all! Lexus is very fortunate to have him. Overall, although these vehicles last forever, we will come back if we decide to change colors!!! More
