My experience with Meade Lexus of Lakeside, specifically Chris Coleman was fantastic. My Lexus RX300 needed its transmission replaced which is a large service job. Waited 45 minutes for a scheduled oil change and when I want out to see if it had been done the work was not even started after the service person told me it would take 45 minutes to get it done. My experience from the moment I stopped in the Meade Lexus dealership was one of warmth, service, product knowledge, and an interest in meeting my needs with regard to a new vehicle. I was greeted with Lexus dealership was one of warmth, service, product knowledge, and an interest in meeting my needs with regard to a new vehicle. I was greeted within a couple of minutes when I was outside looking at a vehicle, and in a car doing an initial test drive within ten to fifteen minutes. The sales person, Jason Cheng, and general manager Jeff were interested in working with me, and told me they would provide outstanding customer service. To my surprise, since it is unusual now days, they followed through on every promise, recommended the car they believed would best fit my needs and personality, and 8 days later I drove away in it. I am more than satisfied, and love the vehicle - the Lexus 350 ES. The dealership is beautiful, coffee out on the counter - as well as tea and water which displays hospitality and customer service. Even with a last name that is difficult to spell...I always feel as though Chris knows me Bringing a car into a dealership or anywhere for that matter used to cause anxiety for me.
