I must admit that I was somewhat intimadated about visiting Meade Lexus, however Jackson Cheng's approach to me when I entered the dealership could not have been warmer and the intimidation I felt melted. Jackson is very personable, highly professional, patient, honest, and knowledgeable of the cars. After dealing with a number of car salesmen across the east coast, Jackson is the BEST. After asking some basic questions Jackson had shown me several vehicles that met my needs but not a color I liked. He was extremely patient and assured me that he would have a car for me in a color I liked and the budget I needed. He was true to his word. Within two day he found a car that I could not resist. The finance manager was superb and the business manager extremely efficient. I've never had a car sale go so smoothly. Jackson did an outstanding job and further advised me that I am now a member of the Meade Lexus family.
