I own a Volvo & a Lexus. In the last 2 weeks, I have had a separate service department trip for each car. The customer service experiences at my Volvo dealer & at Meade Lexus were completely opposite fr had a separate service department trip for each car. The customer service experiences at my Volvo dealer & at Meade Lexus were completely opposite from each other. At Volvo: At the other dealer, I had to reserve a loaner car weeks in advance & had to remind them how much work I've had done there over the years in order to waive the $70/day fee they wanted to charge me. The car Volvo gave me had stains on every seat, dog hair & garbage inside. The bill turned out to be much higher than originally explained, no one was willing to review the work done with me, & it took longer than originally estimated. At Meade Lexus: I didn't even ask for a loaner. It was offered. No hassles over additional charges. The service fees were reasonable, & the work was fully explained to me. The loaner car I got was fully fueled & immaculate. I received an update call during the day, & the service was completed quickly. The quality of customer service was the reason I chose to buy a Lexus this time, & the continued positive experiences I've had at Meade Lexus in my first year of owning a Lexus has convinced me I made the right choice. I highly recommend them. More
