I received a phone call from Tony Smetanka just as I was about to go out of town, & we talked about the year end deals & the possibility of upgrading to a GS 350. He was very helpful & persuasive, & I agreed to come into the dealership on the day I was returning home--1/02/14--the last day of the sale. The weather made it impossible to visit the dealership that day, so over the course of a few phone calls (mostly during stopped traffic), we made a deal. I was able to come in 2 days later, & everything was taken care of. Having never bought a car over the phone before, I was very impressed with how everything was handled by Tony & the other Meade Lexus staff; it all went quite smoothly.
