Fantastic Job Jackson I have purchased numerous vehicles from many different automobile companies, and the sales people and I have always worked well together to find the v I have purchased numerous vehicles from many different automobile companies, and the sales people and I have always worked well together to find the vehicle I wanted to purchase. This time was different though, I did not go to Lexus to purchase a vehicle. I went there to take care of other business. When I walked in the dealership I met Jackson Cheng. He very politely helped me take care of everything knowing I wasn’t there to purchase a vehicle. My lease happened to be up with another automaker in a few weeks and I had planned on leasing another vehicle with them, but since Jackson was so helpful I thought I would give him a chance to find a new car for me. I mentioned to him that a few years ago I saw a Lexus I really liked at the auto show, but it did not have AWD. I wanted AWD especially after this past snowy winter. He told me the car I liked now came with AWD. I gave Jackson the features and color I wanted on it, and he found the perfect car for me. He had it delivered to the dealership the next day so I could take it for a test drive. The car has a lot of fun gadgets on it; Jackson was so patient and showed me how they all worked. I loved the car so much I ended up leasing it. The funny part is, I did not go into Lexus to buy a car, but I left with one. If it was not for Jackson, it would not have happened. Jackson and everyone at Mead Lexus made my experience such a pleasure; I will be a Lexus owner for a very long time. Job very well done! More

Long story short... not only did we walk away with an absolutely gorgeous car, we did not spend a penny above our expectations. We were very specific with our needs and our vehicle of choice had to be brought in from out of state. Jackson was clearly more concerned with having happy customers than he was with meeting any type of quota. True professionalism and an a vast amount of product knowledge make him the man we will go to from now on.
