She didn't forced us or guilt us into getting anything that we did not want. Better than the service reps in NY. We got a good deal to change the air filter and cabin air filter. Power system fluid exchange, brake fluid exchange, replace PCV. Etc. Honestly l, everyone there at the Lexus of Lakeside in Utica were great. If I had a bad experience, I would have left with just the oil change and would have never recommended this place to anyone! But our rep, Christina M. Was in all honesty very informative. I liked the fact that she didn't empty my wallet or try to sell me unnecessary xx. I like that she printed out everything and explained to us the real time issues or condition of our 2008 es350. She had our car key batteries checked too. I got a free key cover too! She have us an amazing offer that we just couldn't let down. The prices were reasonable. Normally we get discounts from our local Lexus dealership. I love it when people put pride in their work ethics and the fact that they go above and beyond. She gave us an amazing first impression she was great when we made the phone appointment as well! I might as well take a trip every year to visit michigan just to get my car serviced here with her! Charlie at the dealership was quick to respond and helpful in promptly arriving at a mutually agreeable price. With the price behind us the only question is would the vehicle meet expectations after traveling to pick it up. The car was as represented and Charlie was very helpful in getting the transaction completed and on m y return trip home. Now, I could have chosen an Audi, Range Rover or Porsche and could have gotten the same features; however, Lexus won me over with their reputation for being ranked the most reliable & dependable vehicle manufacturer. Not to mention, thier prices were very reasonable. Vehicle dependability is highly ranked in my list of “musts” when purchasing a vehicle. Lexus has exceeded that requirement indefinitely. My sales consultant Larry was phenomenal! He was polite, knowledgeable and honest. I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed at all during my buying experience. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant or dealership.
