In this case, it is the rarity in which it was awesome. My wife and I purchased two Lexus vehicles on July 28th,2014 from the same sales representative. We purchased a GX-460 and a GS-350 F-Type. We worked exclusively with Jackson Cheng in regards to the sales side of the transaction. The sales experience was very professional and not rushed and not pressured. We were able to test drive the vehicles with out anyone wanting to ride in the vehicle to push the sale. In fact, I even took one of the vehicles (a ES-350) that I test drove out to a restaurant where my wife and I ate lunch and were able to talk about the vehicle among ourselves. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealership, we were asked if we want to test drive any thing else, and that is when I test drove the GS-350 F Type and fell in love with it. We have been to a lot of dealerships in the past two years and this by FAR was the best experience that we have ever had. We also both had good experiences with the financing department as well. I was even greeted by the financing manager and he shook my hand...I never have had any interaction with a finance manager. I strongly, strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. Would have liked the adaptive cruise control feature, as Larry did talk about it before we decided to go ahead with an RX350, but we didn't speak about what gizmos the one we were getting had and didn't have.
