Best customer service ever WOW! Not sure how I bought a car on the spot, but now I know why Lexus is the best. Not once during my visit did I ever feel pressured to buy because WOW! Most dealerships will always bring up credit and how much money can I put down. Jackson made it easy and just wanted me to find the right car and then take it a step at a time. What's crazy is that the whole time I was working Jackson, I thought I was working with a manager.
