Regina was very persistent in scouring the lot and other dealership locations to find our specific vehicle. In addition, she was helpful in providing valid reasons as to why we should do business with Meade Lexus in order to receive quality service and a quality product. Regina was proactive in contacting us with information as well as very prompt at returning our calls and delivery of our vehicle (2 day turnaround time!) She also made several trips to hand deliver paperwork to us for our convenience. We are extremely pleased with level of professionalism from Regina and the entire staff we worked with at Meade Lexus of Lakeside. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. Joey was the first to respond to my online inquiry and was with us every step of the way afterwards. He was friendly, punctual and very straightforward.
