Shawn was very patient and sincere to listen to and figure out our needs. Then he explained how the option packages were bundled and some options might good for our daily driving experiences. He communicated very effectively to answer our questions and to educate us about the Lexus and the ownership benefits. We went there to buy a basic car with some key safety features but came out with a fully loaded one; my wife has been very happy with the decision. Besides, Shawn was very kind and friendly. We didn't feel he was trying to sell us anything. He was like a tour guide not only showing us the wonderful things but also taking care of our routine needs, such as drink and lunch. After we drove the car home and found the mpg was much lower than specified, I contacted Shawn by email and he replied right away to help me deal with the issue. Shawn is not only a great salesman but also a person you can depend on. More
