A couple of hours later, we drove out with exactly what we were looking for. Regina was absolutely awesome! Friendly, warm, and very helpful. She took care of everything while we waited in the comfort of the lounge area watching tv. She has continued to follow up after the sale to ensure that a minor issue with the windshield was addressed as promised. If we decide to purchase a new Lexus, we will drive the extra miles to Meade Lexus of Lakeside to do so! More
