Unprofessional staff from sales personal to management. I’ve called this dealership earlier in the day and was transferred to a sales associate named “Danny” , I’ve explained to him that I’m shopping multi I’ve called this dealership earlier in the day and was transferred to a sales associate named “Danny” , I’ve explained to him that I’m shopping multiple dealerships for a new lease on a 2025 Sierra Denali EV, have a solid offer and wondered if they’d be able to beat it. I gave him the number and waited for his call back after checking up with management. He calls back saying his General manager is requesting me to come in to show seriousness, sounding like they’re able to make it happen. I asked if its necessary and offered a deposit if I can finalize with the manager on the phone due to my busy schedule. He refused and insisted on me coming in. Taking me 45 minutes to get there I made that trip to prove I’m genuinely trying to make it happen and ready to sign. Upon arrival I asked to see and test drive the vehicle I inquired about which Danny took me to and took it out for a drive. Completely unprofessional test drive experience, Danny was on his phone the whole time and it was taking me to repeat my question 3 times to get a simple answer as directions on where to go. Arriving back at the dealership at 6:10pm I was seated back at the desk and was told the General manager will be right with me, every 10-15 minutes after that Danny would walk by and assure me the manager needs 2-3 MINUTES. Finally 7:00pm 50 minutes later Danny walks up to me and says your next, the general manager is currently working on your numbers. 7:30pm, 30 minutes after that, the General manager walks out of his office, right passed me and out the front door, not sure wether is for a break or whatever. I finally decide on walking out at 7:45pm with no sign of the General manager walking back or Danny in sight. As a businessman myself I would never treat my customers in this disgusting manner nor like to write bad reviews but no matter how busy or overwhelmed you are, Danny could have be more professional during this experience and appreciated my time. And the General manager could have at least stopped by for a minute at the desk to introduce himself and apologize for the long wait. That alone could have made me wait for as long as needed. But no, he walked past me with no respect to my time. Not even acknowledging my existence. A total wait time of approx 1 hour and 40 minutes after the test drive sitting on the desk to get this general manager to simply tell me wether he can make it happen or not. It’s a simple yes or no answer, it does not need an hour and 40 minutes and cause your customer to walk out unhappy. And finally, they closed the dealership and Danny obviously realized I’m no longer there and clearly unhappy, never calls wondering where I was or even apologize. A total waste of my time, never met or heard anything from the general manager. I’ve been nothing but respectful to them and their time on the phone and in person, and in return I was treated the complete opposite, disrespected and treated as a nobody. More

I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. I purchased a vehicle here two months ago and I am still waiting for money owed to me as well as my registration. Communication and organization throughout the process have been extremely poor. While the car itself was a fair deal and cosmetic issues were addressed, the overall experience was very negative. The purchase took nearly four hours in an uncomfortably hot environment, and important paperwork was forgotten. This required documents to be overnighted to my house after I already had the vehicle, and I had to pay to return them. Attempts to follow up by phone have been unsuccessful, as messages are taken but not returned. This has been the most frustrating car-buying experience I have encountered, and I cannot recommend this dealership. More
