Buyers Beware!! Horrible business practice!! Stay away! I came in looking at a Lexus RX they had advertised online. Dave helped us out and was a great guy. The Finance guy quoted me a 6.5%APR rate and said t came in looking at a Lexus RX they had advertised online. Dave helped us out and was a great guy. The Finance guy quoted me a 6.5%APR rate and said this was the best rate I could get based on my great credit score. Even added a $995 “bank fee” on the sales contract. I wasn’t happy with the numbers so I decided to come back with a check instead. The dealer promised me they would fix the minor dent on the front bumper so I agreed to pick it up tomorrow. I was encourage to put down a $1000 refundable deposit so they wouldn’t sell the car to someone else. Sales person Dave called me said the car was ready and the detail guys “buffed” out the dent. I’m not sure how you buff out a dent but ok. Went to my local bank and they got me at a 3% rate loan. I came back the next day to pick up the car and they didn’t fix the bumper but ordered a touch up paint to my house instead. They said since I’m paying with a check they have to add an extra $995 fee because I wasn’t financing thru them. They also make it mandatory for you to purchase of their “12k certification warranty” which is $1800 fee on top of the price. All these fees were added on top of the price of the car was not worth it. I decided to back out of the transaction and requested my $1000 deposit back. They would not give me my money back on the spot and said it had to be mailed. Asked for it in writing and it took over 30 mins to get a “manager” to sign a paper stating they would mail me a refund check to my home address. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received any checks from them. I called the dealership and spoke to someone and they said they would have a manager call me back regarding the check. I have not received a call yet. I tried calling again today and still haven’t got a call back. Freddy I know your a busy man but one phone call could’ve help. I should’ve known not to look at a Lexus at a GMC dealership. I went to Lexus of Edison and got a way better deal, Certified from Lexus without the fee. The purchase price at Lexus was less than what McGuire quoted me. These people are terrible with business practices. Will be filing with the Better Business Bureau More

I love my new GMC Terrain I came to McGuire to trade in my Nissan Xterra and Damien showed me the Terrain by GMC, we went on a test drive and I loved the car.
