My truck broke down while traveling back home several States away. Service writer Eric and Patrick were phenomenal for getting my truck in right away, diagnosing, testing and keeping me up to speed for r States away. After water pump went out while traveling back to Memphis, Sweeney was the only dealership who would even take a look at vehicle. This occurred after 5PM. I arrived approximately 15 to 20 minutes b Memphis, Sweeney was the only dealership who would even take a look at vehicle. This occurred after 5PM. I arrived approximately 15 to 20 minutes before close and a diagnostic was done. The dealership determined the vehicle was not driiveable. We would be spending the night in Canton. After I determined Uber was not even available in Canton, we were told not too worry, The service advisor had a ride lined up to take us to hotel of choice. Vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup the following day by mid afternoon. Once again a driver was sent to pickup wife and from hotel. These were some of the nicest people I have ever encountered at any dealership. Service and hospitality was way above and beyond. More
