My vehicle was in their shop for 3 weeks with no updates. I would call every few days and would be told that they weren't sure on the status. At week 3 I drove to the dealership and spoke to them in person I would call every few days and would be told that they weren't sure on the status. At week 3 I drove to the dealership and spoke to them in person. It was then they told me what needed to be done and it was finished within 2 days. Very frustrating. More
