I would have given a five star rating but my attempts to have the Service Manager return a call to me for two days went without response. I finally had to call the sales line to talk to a person. I just nee have the Service Manager return a call to me for two days went without response. I finally had to call the sales line to talk to a person. I just needed to ask if i needed to make an appointment for an oil change! I was able to ask the young lady who answered the sales line and she told me i could just walk in. So i came right to the service dept and the whole experience became a positive one. Mr Trump greeted me as soon as i drove into the bay and was so helpful. I was made to feel like I was an important customer and that he wanted me to be one of the most important customers, A REPEAT CUSTOMER! My. Ram was serviced in reasonable time and as i left one of the Service Techs told me to have a nice day. The only complaint I have was not being contacted by the Service Manager at all. He was the weak link on that day…… More
These guys recently purchased a long time local dealership. They immediately made changes to how you schedule oil changes and started charging for using a credit card. The service department is a joke in nicest terms. My car was purchased from Stokes back in March before it was bought out. The sales department was WONDERFUL. The car's radio stopped working. I took the car in to see if it could be fixed and covered by warranty. The car was looked at. Told it would need a new radio, but it would be at least two weeks before the part would be in and to bring it back. Took the car back two weeks later, The wrong part was ordered. Told to bring it back in a week after the new part was ordered. Took the car in for the 3rd time. Part was installed. They offered to clean the car, oil change for free, and gas since it was my third time taking it up there. Car was cleaned and gas was given. Car not due for an oil change. Got the car home, radio still not fixed. Car is now picked up at my home making this the fourth time the car would be returning. A loaner was provided now since this was the fourth time. The car was returned to me after being fixed, but it has a nice aroma of cigs, The car was smoked in. There are ashed left in my door. If you're looking for a service department to do work on your vehicle in a timely manner, this is not the one for you. This is poor service to say the least. More
