Communication could be a lot better. I had to call to find out what was going on. Service that your tech advised me needed to be done was not even completed. I was quoted one price and I had to call to find out what was going on. Service that your tech advised me needed to be done was not even completed. I was quoted one price and approved it but got there finally to pick up the car and was told a price almost $200 more but the tech had the audacity to try to tell me that the difference was because of tax and shop supplies.
