Work completed reasonably quickly over 2 visits. First visit was for diagnostic. Poor communication from dealership on keeping me updated on status. Warranty work part ordered. 2nd visit to replace First visit was for diagnostic. Poor communication from dealership on keeping me updated on status. Warranty work part ordered. 2nd visit to replace part, done quicker than expected. Pick up process inadequate. My vehicle was parked across the road, had to ask to find it. While I appreciate the protective Mats seat cover and steering wheel covers used while working on my vehicle, I believe they should be removed by tech and my vehicle locked after the work is done. Overall work was done appears to have corrected the problem at this time. More

I had service work done on my 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 recently. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life but this dealership has been the best experience of all. I had a problem with My vehicle , I was set up with an appointment and the problem was diagnosed. The parts were ordered, another appointment was set for installation. My vehicle was fixed completely and quickly. Great service department, scheduling, repair and service. My salesperson Whitt Jones checked on me and on the repair, this is above and beyond ! I have the additional warranty that was supposed to give me a loaner car which they would not even try to do and they didn’t even fix the issues.
