Dealers, here at McSweeney, are very friendly and on top of it. However, I did confront the guy that sold me my car because he told me my hybrid would get at least 200 miles plus gas for 200 miles. And that I could go outa town without having to fill up—of course, it matters how far we’re going but that I could go to Savannah in one trip there without filling up or charging. I confronted him and that at FULL charge, I am only getting 31 miles at a time. Ugh, that is not what I was told, and I remember specifically because I was shocked and it’s one of the main reasons I chose it over others. Thank you. More

Unknowingly the dealership added on a $2000 maintenance plan. The plan was never presented as an optional addition, and I didn’t realize that an additional $2000 was added to my loan until I was reviewing plan. Had a Recall on my Ram so I dropped it off to have work performed. I decided to have it serviced while it was there. The Basic warranty is about to expire so I Talked to Kara in the Finance department performed. I decided to have it serviced while it was there. Everyone that I was in contact with was very Friendly and Helpful to my needs. Couldn't have had a better experience with the Dealership. but with Ram not having the parts to fix my Recall was a bummer. Why send out a recall notice when you don't have a fix?
