Very friendly and took excellent care of me. I had been to several other dealerships before calling Dustin,and all I did was waist my time. Worse Dealership EVER!!! I bought a car in January that was used but was GMC certified. Today my check engine light came on. Took it to them and conveniently for them it wasnt I bought a car in January that was used but was GMC certified. Today my check engine light came on. Took it to them and conveniently for them it wasnt under their "warranty" that I got. My car has 48,000 miles on it. I shouldnt be having a problem! I sucked it up and told them to fix it. They told me one price when I left it and when I got back to get it it was $80 more. They said it was because they only quoted me labor. I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE this place!! They have the worst customer service!!If you want a Chevrolet/Gmc be smart and drive a little futher. Oh! They also tell you when you buy from them you get 2 years free oil changes.... sounds good right???? Well I hate to bust it for ya but when you try to take it they put you in the back and tell you it will be 3 hours! Happened to me 3 times before I said never again. More

Bought new car with damage Purchased new 2015 challenger rt shaker and car has body alignment issues and paint damage also. This car has been damaged somewhere between factory and final destination of stokes dodge in clanton Alabama. Brian the salesman almost had me convinced I was going to get a nicer car even exchange but recanted when dodge decided they don't want to take responsibility as well. Would not offer a new exchange instead offered 4 k less than what I paid for car to trade it for an u damaged new car. If I can post pic of touch up paint where door scrubbed fender and also door had to be adjusted. Anyways I could have done a better touch up job myself. The door now needs to be repainted because of poor workmanship. Car has lost thousands in value because of repaint. I am not a happy customer.im not done with this yet. More

Tires at 16000 miles rode like a t In 2012 I bought a new Ram Laramie 4x4 from Stokes. Price was fair. Over the next 2 years I had warranty issues. 1. Tires at 16000 miles rode like a tank. Delaer stated it was a warranty issue but I needed to go through Goodyear. Of course Goodyear sent me back to them saying it was their issue., 2. Paint flaked on truck. They do not have a paint and body shop to handle that type of work. 3 GPS/Nav did not work correctly. Took it in three times to have them do the same thing over and over again. Finally they stated they were going to replace it. Made three phone calls just to get this set up. First 2 went unreturned. The third call I contacted David the service manager and he said he would call me back in a few minutes to get thing squared away. He never called. I call the store manager to report the problems I was having. He never returned my call. 2 months later I still have not heard from them. I sold the truck. I will never buy a product from Stokes again no matter how good of a deal you might get. This service after the sale was deplorable. Unbelievable they are still doing business. I buy 2 new cars every three years. Much of my family, co workers, clients and friends do the same. I will ALWAYS steer people away from Stokes no matter how good the deal is. More
