Communication could be a lot better. I had to call to find out what was going on. Service that your tech advised me needed to be done was not even completed. I was quoted one price and I had to call to find out what was going on. Service that your tech advised me needed to be done was not even completed. I was quoted one price and approved it but got there finally to pick up the car and was told a price almost $200 more but the tech had the audacity to try to tell me that the difference was because of tax and shop supplies. Very pleasant experience! We drove up just to look and met Jon in the parking lot. No pressure no haggling.
