The service department at this dealership is useless. I understand you want to make money, but to refuse to answer any questions whatsoever about my vehicle is a disappointment. I purchased a Ford vehicle and should be able to ask questions about my vehicle without you refusing to answer and quoting “liability reasons”. Maybe that’s how things are done here in Globe. But I shouldn’t have to call the Ford dealership I used to to take my car to in Ohio to get help! More

Tried talking to owner I tried calling the store looking to talk business on 8-5-2015 about 2pm. Then it happen.....the rudest woman i've ever encountered in my life answered the phone...when i asked to please speak to Udon the owner she asked me so many rude questions as to "why do you need him"? "who are you that you need to bother an owner"? etc.... I would never consider this place worthy to even stay in business. If a simple phone answering woman can be that extremely rude...I can only imagine how much fun it would have been negotiating prices on the 7 cars i was looking to purchase!!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT COST YOUR OWNER 7 SALES IN ONE DAY!!!!!!! You need to find a new job at a zoo!!!! More
