I recently went to McRee Ford for the first time. I needed an oil change and had a minor diagnostic concern. My service advisor was very friendly and up front about the potential wait time, which was n needed an oil change and had a minor diagnostic concern. My service advisor was very friendly and up front about the potential wait time, which was not a problem for me. The 2 employees I interacted with were great (the service advisor and cashier). My dissatisfaction occurred when I got to my car and saw multiple full hand grease prints on the outside of the driver door. I was annoyed but didn’t want to go back inside and make a big deal about it. When I got home I decided to inspect the work that was done on my car. I found the following: -Engine oil level 1 quart low -Hood prop rod unsecured -Engine oil life monitor not reset -Tire pressures low on all tires I called the service manager twice and missed him both times. I left a calm voicemail requesting a return phone call to discuss my experience. I did not receive any return phone calls. I corrected their mistakes on my own and was not seeking any form of reimbursement or monetary gain, only to inform management of the poor workmanship. Despite the friendly staff, I most likely will not return to this dealership for service. More

We recently purchased an F-150 XLT from McRee Ford and worked with Rick. We originally found the information online and looking at the price for the trim level and upgraded engine, plus four wheel drive, worked with Rick. We originally found the information online and looking at the price for the trim level and upgraded engine, plus four wheel drive, we figured there was something hidden within the pricing it was THAT good. We met with Rick after making an appointment to go view the truck in person, and were pleasantly surprised what we saw online was accurate, nothing hidden or slimy about the deal. Rick answered all our questions and what we loved was he didn’t pressure us to buy the vehicle, add anything to it, or anything like your typical salesman. He was very easy to talk to and work with, and did an AMAZING job overall. We were so pleased with him and the finance department, specifically Raul who did our paperwork. After having such a good experience with Rick we AGAIN expected something to be hidden when finalizing paperwork. Raul was also amazing answering questions, and did not pressure us to add anything or pay anything additional than we wanted. He was personable and made the process so smooth. We really appreciate the two of the men we worked with and had such a good experience we plan to continue purchasing here in the future. More
