Pickup repair Got us in for service immediatly. Same day repair. Gave us a ride home while we waited and called with problem results. Then called again when done Got us in for service immediatly. VERY expensive for same eork done for far less prior Pressure to purchase additional warrenty when trading vehicles quite high. Promises of coverage not honored later. Many excuses given but no real restitution for continued higher charges on services customer was Jo'slead to believe was covered under warrenty. DO NOT get fooled into pur basing warrenty! Bad customer service. While my repairs were done in a timely fashion once my part was in, everytime I had to deal with anyone it was horrible customer service. Once my car even broke down outside of the service center & it took forever for anyone to ask if we needed help & I'm pretty sure that guy was a manager. The service center employees have very busy attitudes. It was just bad customer service all around. I definitely will not be buying my next vehicle there. More
