Customer service Servicer writer was rude. I stopped in to make my appointment acted like I was bothering his personal time. Stopped to dropped car off he pushed my ov Servicer writer was rude. Stopped to dropped car off he pushed my over to another service writer and talked over ourconversation with his ideas like we didn't know what we were talking about. Called to asked if my car was ready. He was rude on the phone. Asked the final price, "it's what I said during the first time you stopped in!" Very rude! Hung up right after previous statement. No thank you, you are welcome or any thing that was customer service related to this experience at McMullen Ford. Will be not be returning or referring them to anyone. More

Wish I didn’t have to give it a 1 star Truck seized motor with less than 600 miles on it. No rental car until 3 days later. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD ESPECILLY FROM McMULLEN! More

Regret buying a Ford I had my 2013 Ford Edge serviced for 2 problems I was having and only 1 was fixed!! A warning on my touchscreen comes on saying “System off to save ba I had my 2013 Ford Edge serviced for 2 problems I was having and only 1 was fixed!! A warning on my touchscreen comes on saying “System off to save battery”. I explained to Mr Smith that we replaced battery but it didn’t correct problem. I asked him to please have that fixed. I am extremely dissatisfied. Mr Smith’s attitude didn’t help matters. It would’ve been nice if he would’ve shown some concern even if he had to fake it. so...we will not buy another Ford. I’m considering trading in my Ford for a Toyota. I dread having to go back to Ford Service Center.. More
