They got it in right away, but I had to wait for an additional hour while they completed the service. More

2017 f150 recall and repair Took my 2017 f150 in for the seat belt recall and smell of antifreeze and a slight drive line vibration. When I picked it up it was still low on antif Took my 2017 f150 in for the seat belt recall and smell of antifreeze and a slight drive line vibration. When I picked it up it was still low on antifreeze and they could not duplicate driveline vibration. After talking to tech he said advisor told him that I said it stopped vibrating on way in. So now I am taking it back for another look. More

Difficult to schedule appointment with only voice mail... Friday, called to schedule 1st service 4 times going to voice mail every time. No returned call. Dont go there for Warranty work I took the truck there for warranty issues. Driver side 360 camera and a clicking noise when I turn the wheel. The first was done by an aftermarket to I took the truck there for warranty issues. Driver side 360 camera and a clicking noise when I turn the wheel. The first was done by an aftermarket topper I had installed and they pinched some wires and therefore I understood it would not be covered under warranty. The second they said a air line was pinch and that the 4 wheel drive was engaged all the time and thus the clicking noise. It was explained to me that I hit something and it would not be covered. This is a 2016 pickup with right at 30,000 miles. Very little use and I take care of all my vehicles and as such no way I hit anything. They showed no proof of what was done my fault and would not covered it under warranty. While there I has them do some recall work and after hearing the sigh over the phone he (Randy) agreed to do it. Well guess what will never go there again for service and will never buy a Ford again as this treatment seems to be the norm at most Ford dealerships. I own a feet of vehicles and NEVER been treated this way at a Chevy dealership. More
