Mcmullen ford Service department We have had a great deal of work done on 3 vehicles in the past 6 months and I will come back again. I have a 2004 mercury grand marquis that is my sons car at college, and having it serviced and checked over at Mcmullen ford during this past Christmas when my son was home for the Holidays gives us a good piece of mind that our son is driving a safe and mechanically sound vehicle,we also have a 2009 ford explorer and have had recent warranty work done on it and even though there was a long wait for the part to become available we were treated very well,and notified when the part was available and ready for installation. I have a 2006 f350 with over two hundred thousand miles on it and about 6 months ago I was on my way to work and the engine started running rough, I pulled into Mcmullen ford and dropped it off without an appointment and I figured it would be a few days before they would even look at the truck, they gave me a ride into Omaha to my place of employment, later in the day Randy from Mcmullen ford called me and told me that the truck was repaired and ready to go, it is still going and running fine. More

McMullen Ford is fabulous! They didn't get the problem repaired the first time but they really stepped up to the plate top get to the bottom of the issue. regular service Randy Archer was very helpful, I thought I needed brakes, but he said my Explorer still had plenty of pad left and no brake service was required.
