Lesson learned...only use motor craft replacement parts, especially for electrical components on the engine as it makes all the difference in the world. After several diagnostic codes I replaced with aftermarket products that did not provide the required volts. I kept getting the same codes and instead of continuing to throw money at something that seemed unsolvable I took my vehicle to McMullen Ford. McMullen service department were able to find the problem, as well as chase down some corroded wiring that was rendering my 4wd useless. All works now. More

I am very satisfied with the 2011 Escape I am now driving and was merely looking at options. I mentioned a small rust area I had on my Escape and within less than half and hour I had met with the body shop manager, gotten and estimate, had a car to drive while mine was in the shop and was on my way. The car I was furnished with was a very fine vehicle, one I would recommend to anyone. This started on Tuesday afternoon and just after noon on Friday I picked up my Escape. Outstanding service and workmanship. I have been dealing with McMullen for quite a few years and consider Scott, Dan, John and Randy not only as people that I know at the store but as friends. More
Repair work excellent but time of repair way to long. The repair work done was excellent but the body shop had our car for a month waiting on a part. Oil change for 2017 Escape I did have an issue with my car and after speaking with Glen in service he assured me that they could not duplicate to fix but if I hear it bring i I did have an issue with my car and after speaking with Glen in service he assured me that they could not duplicate to fix but if I hear it bring it in anytime and he will ride with me to check it out. Excellent customer service from the service department I had a scheduled appt to have my 10 MKX serviced. It was a Saturday morning and the we were having sleet. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 10 am appt I had a scheduled appt to have my 10 MKX serviced. It was a Saturday morning and the we were having sleet. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 10 am appt. When I pulled in they were running about 45 minutes behind. I spoke with Glen and he said they were a man down. What I observed was James taking care of each car as if it was his own. I also saw Glen help James by checking tire pressures and rotating tires as needed. Glen even assisted when filters needed to be changed. Although they were behind they were impressive in the way they helped each other out. I have seen other dealerships where you hear idont have time or it isn't my job. This was truly a team effort. As for time when it was all over they were about 20 minutes behind. But they always kept the customer in mind. More

Mcmullen ford Service department We have had a great deal of work done on 3 vehicles in the past 6 months and I will come back again. I have a 2004 mercury grand marquis that is my so We have had a great deal of work done on 3 vehicles in the past 6 months and I will come back again. I have a 2004 mercury grand marquis that is my sons car at college, and having it serviced and checked over at Mcmullen ford during this past Christmas when my son was home for the Holidays gives us a good piece of mind that our son is driving a safe and mechanically sound vehicle,we also have a 2009 ford explorer and have had recent warranty work done on it and even though there was a long wait for the part to become available we were treated very well,and notified when the part was available and ready for installation. I have a 2006 f350 with over two hundred thousand miles on it and about 6 months ago I was on my way to work and the engine started running rough, I pulled into Mcmullen ford and dropped it off without an appointment and I figured it would be a few days before they would even look at the truck, they gave me a ride into Omaha to my place of employment, later in the day Randy from Mcmullen ford called me and told me that the truck was repaired and ready to go, it is still going and running fine. More
