Check-in could use improvement I brought my car in for repair. The man at the from was not the most pleasant and acted like I should know what I'm doing which made me feel awkward a I brought my car in for repair. Service (Oil change) on my lovely 2016 Ford Flex I moved to Council Bluffs in 1989 and found Mc Mullen Fords owners and employees to be terrific but yet always professional.
