Felt left out When I made the appointment, I also asked for a courtesy drop at my work, was told that would be great to arrive by 8:30., everything went well. The morning I dropped off I had asked for a courtesy drop at my work no problem the car was ready. I reminded the service repre to please vacuum the car out when down and he said no problem. I called at around 11 found out my car was done asked if it would be possible to take it to the body shop and have them take a look at a small area on the tailgate of the car. He said no problem he could do that. I called up at 12:30 and asked for a pick up which they told me that the driver was at lunch but when he returned they would have him call me. I ended up call back around 1:30 and was able to talk to the driver which came and picked me up and we returned to the dealership. When I arrived the car had not gone over to the body shop but the lady that checked me out did call the body shop and someone came over and took a look at what I needed done , said she would talk to some over at the body shop and call me back that afternoon. Well as far as that goes here it is much later and I still have not heard from her but I did get a call from Ron saying he hadn't taken my car to the body shop sometime around 3. Guess the body shop doesn''t need work. More
