Unpleasant I brought my truck in for an oil change service. I pulled up to the service lane and there was no instruction on whether I could get out and walk into I brought my truck in for an oil change service. I pulled up to the service lane and there was no instruction on whether I could get out and walk into the service office or just wait until someone attended to me. The older gentleman (the email I received listed Paul A Meisinger as my service advisor, I assume that was him) who helped me was overall unpleasant towards me and made me feel unwelcome in the office. Not even a smile, a "thank you" or a "how's it going today?" I walked in and I had to approach him and tell him I had an oil change scheduled. I watched my truck get serviced, there was no issue there but they pulled it around and nobody came to the waiting room to notify me my vehicle was done, I knew it was done by receiving an email that said my service was complete. Back to the service office I go and the older gentleman notifies me that my A-Pillar handle is "loose." Yes, it was loose. It wasn't until later that I got into my truck that the A-Pillar itself was not "loose" but it was completely broken off. I didn't make this an issue because it was a simple fix and at this point, I just wanted to get home after waiting two hours. The cashier who attended me was also not a great experience either. When giving me my paperwork, she asked if I had the keys to it which I replied that I did not. The older gentleman had just left them on his desk, without having them tagged as belonging to my vehicle, after he walked out of the office. I felt like I was a burden for even bringing my truck in. I would understand being treated like this if I was being rude but I always addressed them with respect. The only person who gave me a "thanks for coming in today" and a "have a great day, enjoy the weather" was a younger guy who was in the 2nd station from the right in the service office. He was having a conversation with someone else, he stopped what he was doing to greet me and thank me for bringing my vehicle in. Overall, I will probably not be bringing my vehicle back in for service, even though it was purchased at the same dealer 10 years prior, and this is mostly due to the fact that I did not feel welcome. More
