Once I had a safety issue with my car, it was late in the day and parts weren’t available until the next day. He was so concerned he arranged a loaner car for me to drive home. Another time I was at my cottage in Canada, had an accident and the first person I notified was Glen. He guided me long distance through the tedious process with my insurance company and the Canadian Ford service department to get Christine back home safely to his service team.
