Couldn't get it on a lift but crawled underneath the vehicle and took plenty of pictures to honestly portray the condition of the vehicle. Even sent a video of a walk around. The ease in which this all took place was refreshing. I flew in to the airport, was met at the security gate by a professionally dressed (Mr. Phillips) and off we went to the dealership. Outside of a wait for the busy finance office, I was in and out within 2.5 hours and driving home. Dealership gets a a great rating because the salesman was top-notch!! More

I really liked the fact that everyone pressings the customer with their best offer. And if they don’t have any room to negotiate, they tell you. The salesman gave me an offer for my trade-in that I was customer with their best offer. And if they don’t have any room to negotiate, they tell you. The salesman gave me an offer for my trade-in that I was able to beat by almost 50% by selling it to CarMax. The finance guy gave me his best deal on an extended warranty for which I could beat his price at another Ford dealership (online). He didn’t pressure me, just took it off the sheet. Truly a pleasant experience. More
