We were Very Please with Josh's helping us to find a vehicle that will meet our needs serving Jesus everyday!!! This was my first car buying experience at McMullen Ford, and I am impressed. Every single step in the process was easy and enjoyable. I felt cared for, heard, and valued. From the secretary's friendliness, Scott's visits, Dan's calming presence and assurance, Josh's bubbly personality and knowledge of the vehicle, to Pete's sincere assertiveness this is an A+ team. It seemed more like a family than a team unit. I was introduced to mechanics and previous customers returning to the dealership. It seemed like they were having fun and I was pulled into it. So thankful for this opportunity to see something different in a dealership. I will be back and I will tell everyone that I know about my experience. Thankful for McMullen Ford.
