I would have anticipated Ian would have gone through the vehicle interior and the functions of the controls. It would have saved a lot of reading. I schedule a service online. My wife took our vehicle in for the service. I had told here about how much it should be. When she got home, the bill was almost 2.5x what was advert My wife took our vehicle in for the service. I had told here about how much it should be. When she got home, the bill was almost 2.5x what was advertised. I was very upset. I drove back across town and confronted them about it. They claimed it was an honest mistake and then changed it to the correct amount. My wife said they never went over the charges, just took the card and ran it. She didn't know the amount until she looked at the paperwork when she was returning home. I believe that if I had not confronted them about it, they would have happily overcharged for the service. So, while they did fix it, it shouldn't require an extra trip to get the advertised price. Keep this in mind when paying for services here. More
