Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted and promptly connected with a sales agent. The facility is exceptionally clean, comfortable lounge area and good coffee. I have dealt with Ron Archer for about 3 connected with a sales agent. The facility is exceptionally clean, comfortable lounge area and good coffee. I have dealt with Ron Archer for about 3 months and he has guided me through two sales quite painlessly. I will definitely refer others to look at McMullen Ford for a new or used vehicle. The experience at McMullen's was not what we expected. The salesman Ron Archer was great. Friendly and knowledgable and seemed to wrk hard at meeting our nedds. McMullin's couldn't seem to get the Tonneau right and the protection of the finishes and seats that was subcontracted out didn't come back well the first try. The time it takes to order a car makes for difficult planning. Some of the problems were probably supply chain iussues but at every step Ron Archer was on top of trying to get it corrected. More
