When I arrive they get me a loane and it’s a Ford Escape, my sons car seat wouldn’t fit and the vehicle was disgusting and smelled of cigarettes. When I return a few minutes later to exchange the horrible loaner I was told my warranty was over by months but not mileage which I know can be taken car of with a brief phone call to Ford but they wanted nothing to do with that. I got my truck and left and called and talk to a different ford dealership and they had no issue contacting Ford because the steering was a safety issue. Randy and Dan are who I dealt with and will never recommend anyone to this dealership. My wife and I our loyal ford owners and have Bought 3 brand new vehicles from Ford over the years and are very loyal to Ford and understand that this is not how things should be. Customer service is more important than the product in our eyes. More

David and Audri both greeted me with a smile and friendly handshake and same from Aaron once I decided to buy the 2011 Escape Limited. The entire process was very pleasant from the time I walked in the door until I left. I felt absolutely none of the pressure one usually experiences at car dealerships. I got a follow-up call from Audri the next day to be sure I made it home okay and to be sure I was satisfied with the car I bought. It's not a stretch to say that I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive from Kansas City in the future should I need or want to get another vehicle. A very heartfelt thank you all at McMullen Ford!!! We bought a 2017 Ford Focus and were impressed with the salesperson's knowledge of its features and ability to help us compare other models to it to determine the best fit for us. Mr. Jess Baker was professional, respectful and friendly. Very easy to work with. He listened to our needs and didn't attempt to push us into more than we were prepared to buy. We HATE high pressure salespeople and would have walked if we had been treated that way. He did not do that at all!! We ended up with the perfect car for us and couldn't be happier! More

Though my reptile brain took over, and I ended up not buying it, Tim Mangiameli and his boss, a gentleman whose name I could not get, changed my perception of a car dealership. Air conditioner repair I took my 2005 Ford F-250 diesel to McMullen to correct an air conditioner problem. I was charged over $3,000 to replace the air conditioner compresso I took my 2005 Ford F-250 diesel to McMullen to correct an air conditioner problem. I was charged over $3,000 to replace the air conditioner compressor, ball joints and other miscellaneous items. The dealership was closing as I drove away so I could not return. Furthermore, I took the truck on an extended trip the following morning. I quickly realized McMullen had not fixed the air conditioner problem (but they were happy to take my money). I filed a complaint and McMullen called pressuring me to return. I told them I had been cheated by them once and was not at all inclined to return to be cheated again. The air conditioner still doesn't work. I would like McMullen to actually perform the repair I went to them for in the first place. But of course they want to charge me again for work they should have performed originally More

He gave us a very good deal on a car that suits us perfectly. When we finished up the paperwork and got into the car Rick was right there and walked us through all the bells and whistles to make sure we were comfortable. He was very patient throughout the entire process and believe me, with us it was a process! When we are ready to trade again we will certainly come back to deal with Rick and McMullen Ford. More

I waited almost 75 days before my first follow up and they said they would have to check with the dealership, or the bank. They never took ownership of the situation and just pointed fingers. not I'm waiting for them to "follow up with me." I will never use this dealership again. More

Worked tirelessly trying to get me a lower price with a higher price for my trade in! 1K more than other Ford dealerships offered!
