Excellent customer service from the service department I had a scheduled appt to have my 10 MKX serviced. It was a Saturday morning and the we were having sleet. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 10 am appt I had a scheduled appt to have my 10 MKX serviced. It was a Saturday morning and the we were having sleet. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 10 am appt. When I pulled in they were running about 45 minutes behind. I spoke with Glen and he said they were a man down. What I observed was James taking care of each car as if it was his own. I also saw Glen help James by checking tire pressures and rotating tires as needed. Glen even assisted when filters needed to be changed. Although they were behind they were impressive in the way they helped each other out. I have seen other dealerships where you hear idont have time or it isn't my job. This was truly a team effort. As for time when it was all over they were about 20 minutes behind. But they always kept the customer in mind. More

Loved working with everyone at McMullen Ford! I had been looking for a newer Ford Edge for months. Saw one online at McMullen Ford in Council Bluffs. Even though the weather was lousy on the first I had been looking for a newer Ford Edge for months. Saw one online at McMullen Ford in Council Bluffs. Even though the weather was lousy on the first night of my visit, Alex greeted me on the lot in the sleet and snow. He pulled the vehicle inside so that I could look it over without being in the bad weather. Alex was very kind and knowledgeable and explained all of the great feature that this Edge had. He never pressured me into anything and spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions and concerns. I purchased the Edge and will be back for future purchases. I have already recommended Alex at McMullen Ford to a family member and a couple of friends. Was thrilled that the owner, Scott McMullen took time to sit down with my husband and me and made sure our experience was the best it could possibly be. Thank you all! More

Mcmullen ford Service department We have had a great deal of work done on 3 vehicles in the past 6 months and I will come back again. I have a 2004 mercury grand marquis that is my so We have had a great deal of work done on 3 vehicles in the past 6 months and I will come back again. I have a 2004 mercury grand marquis that is my sons car at college, and having it serviced and checked over at Mcmullen ford during this past Christmas when my son was home for the Holidays gives us a good piece of mind that our son is driving a safe and mechanically sound vehicle,we also have a 2009 ford explorer and have had recent warranty work done on it and even though there was a long wait for the part to become available we were treated very well,and notified when the part was available and ready for installation. I have a 2006 f350 with over two hundred thousand miles on it and about 6 months ago I was on my way to work and the engine started running rough, I pulled into Mcmullen ford and dropped it off without an appointment and I figured it would be a few days before they would even look at the truck, they gave me a ride into Omaha to my place of employment, later in the day Randy from Mcmullen ford called me and told me that the truck was repaired and ready to go, it is still going and running fine. More
