Rear door clips I drive a 2013 Ford Escape. Soon after I purchased this vehicle from you the clips which secure the driver rear door panel broke, making it difficult I drive a 2013 Ford Escape. Soon after I purchased this vehicle from you the clips which secure the driver rear door panel broke, making it difficult to open the door. you immediately replaced them at no charge. The next time I had my oil changed I pointed out to you that they were again broken, you replaced them a 2nd time at no charge. Yesterday I left my car there for the day because the clips were again broken. They’ve been replaced again, this time for $75. I’m not confident that the problem has been solved, we’ll have to wait and see. More
