I really want to leave a good review. McLoughlin Chevrolet in a whole is awesome and I will not take my car anywhere else for service. Don is usually awesome, but during the time our car was in the Chevrolet in a whole is awesome and I will not take my car anywhere else for service. Don is usually awesome, but during the time our car was in the shop this time he was not attentive. Don would tell me one thing about my car and tell my husband something totally different. Don told me my car would be done the afternoon I called, when my husband called just a few hours later, Don told him they hadn't gotten the part they ordered. I am sure Don was having a difficult day. The next morning he apologized for the miscommunication on his part which I really appreciate. Thank you Don!! And thank you McLoughlin Chevrolet!! More

I'm always well cared for here, though this time I had to bounce between a couple handlers to get the details of my service done properly. Then the vehicle was not properly prepped for me to pick up, despite bounce between a couple handlers to get the details of my service done properly. Then the vehicle was not properly prepped for me to pick up, despite it being ready. Finally, I noticed that the sticker showing my last service visit hadn't been changed. It's nothing that will stop me from visiting again, but it shows a lack of attention to detail (which is surprising, given the highly detailed way they're addressing COVID). More

Upon notification from OnStar that I had a rapidly deflating driver's rear tire, i immediately contacted the service dept. at McLoughlin Chevrolet and spoke with Christie and briefly explained my pred deflating driver's rear tire, i immediately contacted the service dept. at McLoughlin Chevrolet and spoke with Christie and briefly explained my predicament. As I was only a little more than 2 miles away, she suggested to bring my vehicle in immediately, as long as my tire still had air, and if could do so safely. I was able to arrive in a few minutes and was greeted by Kayla at the service drive. She said she was already aware of my situation through communication from Christie, and had my info pulled up on the screen. A minute later, I was directed to the waiting area, and she said I would be informed of the cause, what needed to be fixed and the cost in a few minutes. I was informed that the tire was repairable, and I would be back on the road in 30 minutes or less. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit, under the circumstances, and it all occurred very satisfactorily with a very minimum of necessary contact between myself and the staff. Kudos to the team of Christie and Kayla! More

Friendly. Easy to schedule and fast. Way better vibe that Wilsonville Chevrolet. They charged for tire rotation at an oil change which I think should be included, but otherwise good experience.
