This dealer's business practices and management of staff could be improved. My previous service rep never called me with an update (not the first time that happened), left work early and my car say at the d could be improved. Great folks. They always take care of me and look the resolve any issues. Its always good to have someone that works on you car or truck want to get to the bottom of a problem. The only reason I didn’t give you a 1 star is that Kyle gave me a discount in the end. I am from Seattle traveling in Oregon when my car broke down. I had it towed to your dealership. The commutation from your dealership was terrible, the worst. I called many times and always got voice mail. Never a return call. After two weeks I finally got a call on Thursday that my car would be ready by noon the next day Friday. I told Larry I had a doctors appointment in the morning and I would leave after that for Portland, if anything comes up call me. I arrive the next day and the first words out of Larry’s month on no. They found something else wrong. So my 3 hour drive to Portland was for naught. Plus another 3 hours home without my car. Calling to check up during that time and again no return call. I did find out from Kyle that Larry had been in an accident. But someone should have returned phone calls. So a month later I get my car back. The only other thing I have to say is the woman answering the phone is rude and impolite. Not someone I ever want to deal with again. The biggest thing I have a problem with is the lack of communication. More
