I waited 2 1/2 hours .then got my keys and left. You need to work on customer care,, like a lot.. then I got a email where my truck was done and ready to pick up ,, that you had changed the oil and rot need to work on customer care,, like a lot.. then I got a email where my truck was done and ready to pick up ,, that you had changed the oil and rotated the tires. But you didn’t. Is this how you do business that’s why our family has switched car dealers. , we thank you for years of service and the many cars and trucks our family have bought. I appreciate the good service at McLoughlin Chevrolet... they are conveniently-located and open when I need them. This was my second terrible experience with this dealer service department. A simple oil change and seat belt recall visit that took well over 3 hours. And this visit would have taken longer if I had not service department. A simple oil change and seat belt recall visit that took well over 3 hours. And this visit would have taken longer if I had not walked around and found my car parked in the back with the work incomplete. The service agent did not know what was going on. A second service agent that was clueless and rude. I should have known that I was in trouble when it too 20 minutes to check in my car for this simple visit. Clearly this organization has serious communication, performance and leadership issues. More
