Don Cohen is the person that I go to when I need help maintaining my car. He knows that I love my 2006 Buick and want to keep it for many years. I had used a Buick dealer for the first two years but they did not give me feeling that they could take care of my issues and I heard that the Chevy dealer and as it was a good fit for me and I still go to them today. We took our 2018 Chevy Volt in for an complementary oil change and tire rotation. Our windshield was damaged. It appeared to have started under the hood and by the next morning it spread upwards to become change and tire rotation. Our windshield was damaged. It appeared to have started under the hood and by the next morning it spread upwards to become visible to the driver. Don said it must have been a rock chip but the impact mark is large and well below the hood-line. It would be impossible for a rock to hit at that angle. Don also mentioned that they were short 2 mechanics that day. This is our 3rd and last Chevy. We loved their cars, but we have had numerous problems with Chevy service department. More

Kelsea Phipps was the advisor I worked with. Great communication and honesty. We were having some issues with a back up cam on a 19 Colorado.
