I have some complaints about my last visit with McLoughlin Chevrolet. #1. Appointment scheduled for 9/18/2020 for recall #N192278390. I arrived only to find out the part was never ordered, was told McLoughlin Chevrolet. #1. Appointment scheduled for 9/18/2020 for recall #N192278390. I arrived only to find out the part was never ordered, was told it would be ordered. I asked to be contacted when the part was received to schedule a new appointment. 5-weeks go by, no call, so I called the dealership 10/26 and after being on hold for 10-minutes was told they had the part and could replace it the following week, appointment scheduled. #2. I arrived at the dealership 10-minutes early and checked in and told them I would wait for the service. I sat in the waiting room staring at my car in the parking lot for 1 1/2 hours then asked when it might be serviced. They got right on it and it was done 1/2 hour later and I was on my way. #3. The technician got dirt or grease on the headliner above the rear seat. I was able to clean it with a microfiber and a little Spray-N-Wash. No biggie, it happens, but I suggest a quick go over after servicing a vehicle next time so this doesn't happen to somebody else. I've had great service from this dealer in the past when I drove an ICE vehicle, the service on my Bolt EV leaves something to be desired. More

Service was great. A thermostat replacement fixed the seeming electronic issue we were having on our 2015 Suburban. Now here’s something a bit strange, yesterday the av display stopped working and af seeming electronic issue we were having on our 2015 Suburban. No idea how that got loose but glad we didn’t have to go back those service trips get expensive. More
