The overall experience was good. The only bump in the road was timing. I was told that the service would take around 2 hrs when scheduling. I came with my 1year old son to wait. I would have appreciated this updated as soon as they found out as I would’ve planned accordingly and gotten a ride home way sooner. They did provide a rental car for that day so that was helpful.
