Vehicle 2020 1500. Issue was taillight assembly filling with water and blowing bulbs. My experience was frustrating. Called to ask about having this looked at, left message, no reply. Received an auto schedule for an inconvenient time, tried to reschedule through email I received and multiple emails were rejected back. Copied email noted in auto scheduled and sent change request to specific email, rejected again. Called service writer left message that auto scheduled time would not work, no call back or if part was in yet... Auto Scheduled date came and I received a note that I thought was fairly rude about missing my scheduled appointment. Did finally get part replaced. Hopefully they can figure out their communication system to be more effective and responsive. No names noted as I feel it is their system that needs attention. More
