I have no complaints about the dealership; Travis & Kelsea in the service department are very kind and helpful. However, my car continues to have a serious defect with the charging port. Had to go in for a recall on my car. Was bored and walked around. Staff was very friendly. Let me sit in a corvette. Very nice. Then my car was done way quicker than expected. This is la 100% turnaround from what I would have written a week ago. Former service tech misdiagnosed a module issue, promised updates and *never delivered, only once returned one of my many calls, and had a week ago. We wish him well in his new employment. Enter Kelsea Phipps, who provided customer service at a Lexus level on every front. And always exceedingly pleasantly. Her updates arrived like clockwork. Bonus her, give her a raise, or at the very least, a gift card. She is the reason I will return to McGloughlin Chevrolet. Both women in cashier's desk also were very professional, efficient and friendly. More
Service Dept. had ordered me some parts under warrantee. When they arrived, I didn't have to wait in the parts line, I relaxed in the service lounge while Kelsea had ordered me some parts under warrantee. I didn’t have a negative experience; just couldn’t gather enough information on why my infotainment screen had been acting quirky. More
